5 Massive SEO Do’s and Don’ts
5 Massive SEO : Search Engine Optimization (SEO) has become a very important element for promoting your website. Many people are spending dozens (even hundreds) of dollars on expensive companies offering professional services to strengthen their businesses. As an SEO provider, I have seen both the good and bad side of this process.
Here are a few basic ideas to get started:
1. Research, research, research
The first thing you should do for your entire SEO is take the time to see what you’re up against in terms of a competitors’ presence in the online market. You can get an idea of what they have (or don’t have) by taking a look at their sites and analyzing the kind of content they have and the keyword usage they have. Take note of the title tags, meta tags, formatting of their punctuation marks, and imbedded links. Sometimes the descriptions of their pages are so cluttered that it’s hard to tell exactly what the page is about. Sometimes the bombarding of keywords and phrases throughout the page is so excessive that it’s almost invisible to the reader and completely makes the page appear unnatural.
Getting the right keyphrases is important so that you can more effectively target the users you are looking for. A description is the way you’ll do this. Make sure to check over the description for keyphrases that are being used. You can use those keyphrases for your page title and description suits your content.
2. Look around for the best tools
When you’re just starting out, you certainly don’t want to pay $500 or more for your own way of SEO. Look around for free ones and those offered on RSS feeds like Google lists, or your own websites’ RSS feeds. Keep in mind that you will need to submit to those feeds possibly. Put a link to your website in the web as well as some related terms. It doesn’t matter if the links to your site are coming from the online community (be aware of “link farming” schemes), or if you submit content naturally to a blog networks that have thousands of blogs. They are still necessary. This will be an important part of your SEO strategy.
3. Use a solid, integrated blueprint for your own website
What are the keyphrases that you’re focusing on when considering having articles published with links to your website? What are the resources that you will need to come up with the best website maps so that the search engine crawlers can index you? What tools will you need to generate the complicated data and onsite reports that so many people need?
With these things in mind, you now know what things you will need to provide for your SEO activities. Keyword density will vary, and the tools used to obtain that information must be able to be utilized in the right manner.
4. Keep up with your usual routine
Conduct a thorough optimization audit every six months. Talk to your long-time web page optimization partner about how you can keep up with your routine. In order to maintain a great SEO campaign, you must follow a routine that keeps you optimized. This, of course, will mean that you will need to do the routine you’ve agreed to. This means that you will need to add articles and add more resource pages to your own websites. If you don’t do this, your ranking will go down.
5. Keep in mind the wonders of the offsite SEO
Offsite SEO (also known as off page SEO) is a term that’s being used when referring to offsite search engine things that are outside of your website. You’ll be using article submissions (more articles and more valuable content), directory submissions, social bookmarking, local search, and other limitless things that can increase your website’s searchability. You can do this yourself, or preferably ask a professional to use offsite SEO techniques for your website.
